Hostellers spend most of their time away from their home and it is important and critical that we provide them with a holistic and enjoyable experience during their stay in the hostel. We strive to provide best of hostel experience to its hostellers with due care, attention and a host of facilities. Hostels have been constructed separately for boys and girls in a sprawling green ambience. Resident faculty members extend support to the hostellers with regard to their studies. The hostellers also have access to the various laboratories beyond normal class hours, to enhance their knowledge and skills. Round the clock security and surveillance cameras in various locations ensure safety and security of the inmates.

Girls Hostel
The Girls hostel comprises of 2 beautiful blocks with 126 rooms, with a capacity to accommodate 465 students. The girls’ is built with various types of rooms including single room, 3 sharing, 4 sharing and apartment style, with a variety of amenities. The students are given the option to choose the rooms based on their requirements.

Facilities
Dining Hall
Separate dining facility for Boys and Girls is maintained in a clean environment with a cozy ambience.
Gym
Sri Eshwar’s Gym is equipped with the latest fitness equipment like treadmill, exercycle, body building equipment etc. to give a whole body workout to the students. The gym is available for use during the morning and evening on working days and full day on holidays.
Parlour
Inside the campus, Sri Eshwar has established Naturals Parlour separately for boys and girls. This provides students with the best of hair styling, relaxation massage, waxing, de-tan, threading, facials etc. to groom and reflect themselves well.
Supermarket
Available inside the campus is a well-stocked supermarket catering to students’ requirements such as snacks, stationery, toiletries, and more.
Gazebo
Gazebos have been built at different places inside the campus as cool hangout spots for the students to relax.
Open Air Theatre
Established in a green ambience, the open air theatre provides ample opportunities for the students to conduct cultural programs, watch movies and hosting
interactive programs.
Temple
A temple has been established inside the campus to enhance the spiritual quotient of the students.
ATM
An ATM facility, which is part of the campus, abetting the main gate, is also made available for use by common public, as a societal commitment.
Hostel Administration
In order to ensure efficient and effective management of the hostels, A Hostel Administration Committee, comprising senior staff, ensures efficient management. Competent wardens oversee key aspects: Discipline, Food, Events, and Maintenance. Monthly meetings with student representatives to gather feedback, drive improvements, and ensure satisfaction. Swift corrective actions are initiated for student satisfaction.
To manage the hostel on a day-to-day basis, the following warden roles have been established:
Discipline & Attendance
- The Warden-Discipline & Attendance ensures adherence to hostel timings and room cleanliness. Utilizing the hostel’s biometric system, they monitor hostellers’ movements, providing exception reports to management.
Food
- The Warden-Food conducts Food Committee meetings every quarter for menu updates. Ongoing feedback from hostellers about food quality and dining hall hygiene is regularly gathered, leading to prompt corrective actions.
Events & Training
- The Warden Events & Training Conducts Activities for hostellers, ranging from monthly movie nights and cultural gatherings to sports events, Food festivals, and wellness workshops. Furthermore, Sessions on self-defense and promotes social activities for a well-rounded experience.
Hostel Maintenance
- The Warden-Hostel Maintenance prioritizes the cleanliness and hygiene of hostel rooms and surroundings. Surprise inspections are conducted to ensure consistent neatness. Recognizing efforts, a monthly award is given to the best-maintained room in each block, fostering a culture of cleanliness among hostellers.
