Dr. Rajan Babu W. is a distinguished academic and researcher with over two decades of extensive teaching experience. He received his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Government College of Technology, Coimbatore in 1995, his postgraduate degree in Electrical Machines from PSG College of Technology in 2008, and his Doctorate in Electrical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai in 2018, focusing on fault identification in medium voltage induction motors.
Dr. Rajan Babu has been a pivotal member of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Sri Eshwar College of Engineering since 2010, where he currently serves as the Head of the Department. He has published over 34 research articles and book chapters in esteemed journals, authored 4 books, and holds 7 patents. His consultancy work in Energy Auditing and Management has benefited numerous industries and educational institutions.
Dr. Rajan Babu’s profound knowledge and dedication to innovation continue to inspire and lead the next generation of engineers in smart grids, electric vehicles, renewable energy, IoT-enabled energy management, and AI-driven fault diagnosis.
