COUNSELLOR COMMITTEE

Sri Eshwar is dedicated to addressing and supporting the mental well-being of our students. A full-time student counsellor is available to talk to the students who wish to seek counseling help. The focus of the counsellor is to talk to the students who seek formal counselling, conduct events to raise awareness on mental health issues, and create a supportive environment for individuals facing emotional and psychological issues.

OBJECTIVES

Personal Counseling (stress, anxiety, depression, homesickness, relationship and
emotional issues, or any other personal issues)

Therapeutic sessions (relaxation techniques, CBT, Art therapy, Play therapy, etc).

Academic Counselling (facing academic challenges, feeling overwhelmed by coursework, or seeking guidance on career planning for future aspirations).

Group Counselling (foster connections with peers who share similar experiences, promoting mutual support and growth).

Conducting Workshops and Seminars for various topics such as stress management, time management, study skills, mental health awareness and personality development programs.

Performing Psychometric Assessments to predict individual’s personalities and behavioural tendencies.

Work-related stress (managing workload, time management, and work-life balance).
