Dr. R. Subha is an esteemed leader in Computer Science and engineering with over 20 years of distinguished academic and industry experience. Her pioneering research has garnered funding exceeding 20 Lakhs from esteemed organizations such as AICTE, DRDO, MoES, and CSIR, as well as multiple industries. With 70+ papers in esteemed journals, 12+ patents, and the acclaimed book “Master C Programming” to her credit, Dr. Subha is a driving force in advancing knowledge in her field.
With an impressive GATE score and renowned versatility as a research supervisor, Dr. R. Subha has guided 6 Ph.D. scholars and supported numerous undergraduate and postgraduate students in their academic journeys. As an esteemed editorial board member for leading journals under Springer and Elsevier, she actively influences research discourse. Dr. Subha’s dedication to professional development is evidenced by her roles within IEEE, IAENG, ISTE, and her leadership at the Coimbatore Toastmasters Club. Committed to the principles of value and skill-based education, she has orchestrated and facilitated numerous training and development programs, serving as a valuable resource for both faculty and students. Her contributions extend to participating in various programs conducted by other institutions. Recognized with the “Best Faculty Award” three times during her previous tenure, Dr. Subha’s leadership has consistently propelled the Department of CSE at Sri Eshwar to earn multiple “Best Department Awards.” Dr. Subha continues to inspire excellence and innovation in the Department of CSE, setting benchmarks in academia and professional development.
