Dr. Lakshmanan. M, an esteemed academician with 25+ years of academic and research experience, brings a wealth of expertise in NBA, NAAC, ABET accreditation, NIRF and QS rankings. He has recently been recognized as a NAAC Assessor for Peer Team assessments. He holds a Masters in Communication Systems and a Ph.D. in Wireless Communication from VIT University. Dr. Lakshmanan’s prolific research contributions span over 100 papers in renowned SCI and Scopus indexed journals, receiving 4 Indian patent grants and 2 Australian patent grants. He has been honored with the Active Researcher award five times from VIT University.
Currently serving as the Dean of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Sri Eshwar College of Engineering, Dr. Lakshmanan spearheads quality initiatives and coordinates with all the departments , sets benchmarks and streamlines the processes in order to enable continuous improvements. His pivotal role in elevating the institution’s global rankings, and securing the prestigious NBA and NAAC accreditations.
