Ms. Nandhini Padmanabhan has over 20+ years of experience in a wide array of roles held over the years in the corporate arena. Her journey began as a programmer with Infosys, in 2000 and quickly was promoted as Project Manager and deputed to USA were she led a re-engineering project for a large Supply Chain manufacturer. In 2006, she decided to switch gears and dedicate her career to ‘People’ specific roles. To equip herself, she completed her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Since then, she has played various roles including Head of HR and L&D at Payoda Technologies, AVP & Head – HR Marketing in Mr. Cooper.
In her current role as Director of HR at Sri Eshwar, Nandhini brings in a corporate culture, enhancing the overall People experience and focuses on extracting the best potential of the teams through HR best practices. Her role also extends to student mentorship and ensuring the Brand Sri Eshwar is promoted intrinsically and organically through happy and positive experiences in the campus for all.
