Principal and Joint Managing Trustee
Dr.Sudha Mohanram is a dynamic edupreneur who has been leading Sri Eshwar since its inception as Joint Managing Trustee and as Principal from the year 2011. With a PhD from Anna University, she possesses 30 years of teaching experience.
She has been instrumental in pioneering high quality industry-relevant curriculum, enhancing teaching-learning methodologies by providing experiential and project-based learning thus developing industry-ready engineers. Her constant focus on research initiatives has helped Sri Eshwar attain the status of Research Institute by Anna University and also crores worth of funded research projects.
With her excellent collaboration with industry and consistent efforts in producing top quality students, today Sri Eshwar is known for its extraordinary placement performance, with students securing high packages in top product and core multinational companies across the globe.
With her strong focus in academics, and a passion to provide the best facilities and campus experience for the students, Dr.Sudha has been able to realize her dream of making Sri Eshwar one of the most preferred engineering institutions in Tamil Nadu and a top placements college.
The enormous efforts put in by Dr.Sudha to raise the standards of education in the institution, won many prestigious awards including, Best Industry Linked Emerging Engineering Institute Award in the AICTE-CII Survey in the year 2014, Best Placement and Career Building Award from All India Technical and Management Council. Dr. Sudha also received the Edupreneur Award by ICT Academy for her exemplary leadership, ICON of Coimbatore Award for her services to society and the Women Entrepreneur Award for being a strong woman role model and inspiration by Aspire Systems. Considering her excellent leadership qualities, she was conferred with Malar Magudam award by Dinamalar Tamil Daily in 2022.
Dr.Sudha Mohanram is a member in the Syndicate of Anna University, which is the Governing Body of Anna University.
