Dr.C.Ganesh has a strong academic and professional background in engineering and research. With a B.E. in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering in 2008, an M.E. in Applied Electronics in the year of 2013, and a Ph.D. in Information and Communication in the year of 2022, Dr. C Ganesh has built a solid foundation in the communication field Dr C. Ganesh started his career as a software engineer at Hexaware Technologies, Chennai, from 2011 to 2013. He has contributed to research with 5 SCI publications, 15 Scopus-indexed conference papers, and 3 patents. He is currently guiding 10 undergraduate batches and 2 postgraduate students and he has also earned 200 Scopus citations and obtained certifications from NPTEL, E-Box, and Udemy. As a member of ISTE, IETE, and IAENG, he actively participates in professional organizations and has submitted research proposals to ICMR, MNRE, SERB, and AU.

Dr. S. Dhamodharan holds a distinguished academic background, with a BE in ECE (2009), ME in Applied Electronics (2011), and PhD in Wireless Communication (2022). As an accredited trainer for Entrepreneurship Educators and Mentors, certified by the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad, he has a proven track record of fostering entrepreneurial skills. He has been recognized through various grants, including Rs. 1,20,000 from the DST NIMAT Project, Government of India, for conducting Entrepreneurship Awareness Camps. He has also received grants from TNSCST, Government of Tamil Nadu, EDI – Tamil Nadu, and MIC, AICTE, for various projects and programs. Additionally, he has secured Rs. 70,000 from the Centre of Faculty and Professional Development, Anna University, Chennai, for conducting Faculty Development Programs in Data Science and Cybersecurity. He has further enhanced his expertise by participating in AICTE QIP Short-Term Training Programs and Training programs at prestigious institutions like IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur, IISc Bangalore, and ISRO Hyderabad.

Dr.R.Babitha Lincy is an accomplished academic professional. She has completed her Ph.D. in Information and Engineering from Anna University, in 2022. As an Assistant Professor at Sri Eshwar College of Engineering, Coimbatore, she is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of engineers. With over 30 research papers published in SCI journals, Scopus, and international conferences, she has significantly contributed to advancing knowledge in the Deep Learning domain. A strong proponent of continuous learning, she has also obtained NPTEL certifications in Introduction to IoT and Digital Electronics, demonstrating expertise in these cutting-edge areas. As a member of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) and the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), she actively participates in professional communities, staying updated with the latest industry trends and innovations. She is passionate about combining research with teaching, striving to inspire students and make a lasting impact in academia.

Dr. R.R. Thirunavukkarasu completed his Doctorate of Philosophy in Bio-signal Processing in 2023, Master’s of Engineering in VLSI Design in 2012, and Bachelor’s of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2008. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a commitment to research and innovation. He has published five patents and obtained NPTEL certificates in Python for Data Science, CMOS Digital VLSI Design, and Digital Design for Verilog. In 2022, he received NVIDIA Jetson Nano Developer Kits worth Rs.72,000, and in 2024, he secured NVIDIA Jetson Nano Developer and Orion Kits worth Rs. 1,18,000 to set up an industry-supported lab. Additionally, he received a grant of Rs. 75,000 from SERB for conducting an International Workshop on “Antenna Design Techniques for Wireless Power Transfer: Current Trends and Future Prospects.” He is a lifetime member of ISTE and received a certificate as a Toycathon Evaluator.

Ms. Sreeja completed her Master’s in Engineering (M.E.) in 2016, which laid a strong foundation for her career in academia. In 2017, She began her professional journey in the year 2017, and since then has consistently contributed to the academia with her interest and expertise in Data Structures, Software engineering and Deep Learning. As an Assistant Professor at Sri Eshwar, she continues her journey to passionately nurture young minds in the field of engineering. Throughout her career, she has actively engaged in continuous professional development, attending more than six Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) related to her areas of expertise. Her passion for research has led her to present more than three papers at IEEE conference proceedings, significantly contributing to her research domain. Additionally, she holds 2 patents, showcasing her commitment to innovation and advancing technology. These experiences reflect her dedication to both education and research in the engineering field.

Ms.N.Banupriya completed her M.E.,in Embedded System Technologies in 2011 and B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2009. She has over 12 years of experience in teaching in various institutions. She successfully completed.an Industry collaborative project with GE Healthcare Pvt Ltd, Bangalore in 2019. She has received multiple awards, including the Best Innovative Project Mentor award in Smart India Hackathon and TITAN Wear Your Smarts Hackathon. For 4+ years now, she has been an evaluator in AICTE, MHRD’s Toycathon. She has received appreciation awards from Texas Instruments and FOSSEE, IIT Bombay for her exceptional student mentorship. She has attended a 5-day Faculty Development Program organized by the Centre for Development of Technical Education, IIT Kanpur. She holds online certifications from NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute, NPTEL, and Coursera and is a lifetime member of ISTE.

Ms.P. Megala has a strong academic background and valuable teaching experience. She has completed her M.E. in the year of 2019. After gaining significant knowledge and exposure working in multiple institutions, she joined Sri Eshwar College of Engineering, in June 2023. In addition to teaching, she is also active in research and innovation. She has published a patent titled “IoT and Cloud-based Camera for Healthcare Surveillance” and secured a patent on “IoT-based Fast Ticket System using Machine Learning and Deep Learning.” With two NPTEL Elite Certifications and more than six Faculty Development Programs under her belt, she is committed to continuous learning. Ms. Megala also organized the Tech Fusion’24 Intra-College Hackathon and presented four conference proceedings related to their area of interest.

Arun Rangaswamy has an impressive academic and professional background. He has completed his Master’s in Computer Science and Engineering and is pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy at Anna University, Chennai. With more than 15 years of experience in teaching at various engineering colleges in and around Tamil Nadu, he also served as a Junior Research Fellow in a DST-NRDMS sponsored project entitled “Land Use-Based Flood Damage Assessment: A Case Study of Chennai Floods.” Additionally, he has published more than 35 papers in national and international journals. He has received funding from AICTE – Scheme for Promoting Interests, Creativity, and Ethics among Students (SPICES). His areas of specialization are Geographical Information Systems, Remote Sensing, and Data Analytics.

Having served multiple institutions and gaining significant exposure, Ms. Sangeetha joined Sri Eshwar College of Engineering in 2024. She has actively participated in over 10 Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) focusing on various facets of Machine Learning. She has also contributed to the academic community by publishing a research paper at an IEEE International Conference, presenting more than five papers at various international and national conferences, and authoring a book chapter.

She has gained good experience after working in various engineering institutions and is currently working at Sri Eshwar College of Engineering since 2024. She has made her contribution to research by publishing 3 patents with the titles “An Image Processing based technique to help HR predict the pulse of the working environment” , “Low Cost Solar-Powered LED Lighting System” and “IoT based smart monitoring and control of smart city”. She has also published 1 conference paper, and 2 journal articles. She has submitted a research proposal to DST (SERB) as Co-Principal Investigator.
