Grievance Redressal Committee
About GRC
– The Grievance Redressal Committee is established at SECE to provide a platform for redressal of genuine grievances of students and staff.
According to UGC, AICTE and Anna University regulations, the objectives, Mode of Grievance Redressal and the composition of the GRC Committee including faculty and student members for the academic year, are as follows:
Objectives
- The Student Grievance Cell has been established with the aim of fostering a healthy and harmonious environment for both faculty and students, as well as addressing concerns from parents.
- Promoting an environment in which students feel comfortable expressing their concerns and issues freely, without the fear of facing any form of retaliation.
- Ensuring that student grievances are addressed effectively through an impartial and unbiased process, thereby facilitating fair resolutions.

- Use online Grievance module through Impress ERP using My performance module
